Lecturer Tax Law at the University of Alicante, Aurora Ribes Ribes, is the author of the research work "Los impuestos a la emigración y su compatibilidad con el Derecho Comunitario y el Derecho Internacional Tributario" (The taxes on emigration and its compatibility with Community Law and International Tax Law), which has been honoured by the Spanish Association of Tax Consultants (AEDAF).
On the occasion of the18th Edition of AEDAF National Award 2011, the panel appointed, consisting of experts in Tax Law from the academic, administrative and professional fields, has selected the paper presented by lecturer Ribes.
This prestigious award seeks to recognize and encourage the research work of scholars in tax, and this particularly appreciates the practical nature of the works submitted.
The funding for the prize awarded is €1,000 and it involves the publication of the research award by the AEDAF.
