The Presidents of the Valencian Public Universities have held today, Monday, 9th January, a working meeting with both the Vice President and the Minister for Education, Training and Employment of the Valencian Government, in which they have expressed the following:
1 - Keep the Multiannual Financial Plan as a reference framework valid in its relations to the Valencian public universities.
2 - Summon a near Monitoring Technical Committee of the Multiannual Financial Plan.
3 - The registered monthly payment of the Multiannual Financial Plan of November 2011 will be paid in January and they will keep regular monthly payments throughout 2012.
4 - Recognize the efforts made by the Valencian public universities since the beginning of the adjustment measures for their acceptance of the renewal of the deferral of debt.
5 - The Government of Valencia and the Valencian public universities reiterate the mutual willingness to maintain communications and dialogue.
