In AVL website you can find the Diccionari Ortogràfic i de Pronunciació del Valencià and the Gramàtica Normativa Valenciana, besides another works.

In this website you can find words definitions and translations between Catalan, Spanish, English and French words.

Specific dictionaries

In the Diccionari Català-Valencià-Balear you can find all the patrimonial vocabulary of our language. This resource shows the first documented apparitions of every word, the phonetic transcription of main dialects and etymology information.

Translators and software

Apertium is an on-line resource that helps you to translate texts between different languages, for instance Catalan, Spanish, Galician or Basque. Besides, it makes you possible to surf the net in Catalan language.

Download Salt 3.0 or Salt 4.0 program from the Conselleria d'Educació of Generalitat Valenciana website. Salt is a texts translator, but, besides, it contains very useful tools to learn Valencian language: the complete verbal models and the normative dictionary.

In this website you can find many free resources and software (for example, Firefox, OpenOffice, Avast, etc.) that help you to surf the net and use new technologies in Catalan language.

Radiotelevisió Valenciana website offers good documentaries, series like L’Alqueria Blanca or programs like Trau la llengua.

TV3 website offers very divers and very good programs, broadcasted completely in Catalan language.

InfoTV is an audiovisual producer, working since 2005. It has produced six long documentaries.
