In principle, only open the buildings assigned as minimum services and will remain closed the rest of buildings that do not have any assigned activity. Where there is any scheduled activity in a building outside those designated as minimum services, the concierge staff should contact the unit of management of spaces so that, to the extent possible, this unit try to reassign the activity in the open building.
The Aulario I serve during the days covered by the holidays of Easter and Christmas, provided that it was required to perform the minimum service.
In General, the lecture II will be the building responsible for servicing during the month of August Monday to Friday.
Periods of exams on Saturdays
As a general rule, exams will be assigned in the Aulario I or, where appropriate, in the buildings in which teaching is provided regularly.

Saturday from the rest of the year
In general, the Aulario I open every Saturday of the year. If your concierge staff is inadequate to cover every Saturday, staff at the concierge of the Aularian II and III will make shifts along with the Aulario I.
To meet this objective, an effort will be made so that all the activities carried out on the Sabbath are taught in the Aulario I. When it is impossible to assign spaces of the Aulario I, should be used at the opening of a second building.
Performance of the porters
Concierge staff will check in advance the occupation of every Saturday and holiday periods in the implementation of query spaces. When there is no scheduled activities, the building may remain closed, but if I had any activity should contact the unit of management of spaces so that, to the extent possible, this unit try to reassign the activity in the open building.
