That will be an important step forward in the conservation of these species and will give a respite to farmers and regional authorities, which will save costs associated with the collection and processing of the carcasses.

In this video Pep Cantó observes how has incrementado the current size of the population of mouflon (Ovis musimon) in the Natural Park of the Carrascal of the Font Roja. The mouflon was introduced in the Natural Park for hunting, although it has not been included in the catalogue of exotic species invasoras of the Valencian Community, as it has been the case of the Barbary sheep. Its population kept during a time in 8 individuals. Currently this species has suffered an increase of populational size. The projects to introduce other species like the wild goat and other ungulates have to consider these questions: It would be convenient the realisation of previous studies on the dynamics of the ungulate populations in the Natural Park.
