TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

First. Of the Claustro University

The Claustro University elected according to the disposals established in the Statute approved by the Decree 73/2004, of 7 May, of the Consell of the Generalitat, will continue in his functions until it proceed his renewal of compliance with the terms established in article 55 of the present Statute.

Second. Of the rector

The rector of the University of Alicante chosen according to the disposals established in the Statute approved by the Decree 73/2004, of 7 May, of the Consell of the Generalitat, will continue in his charge until the ending of his mandate. It will compute this period of mandate to the effects of the established in the article 65 of the present Statute.

Third. Of the claustros of faculties and schools

The claustros of faculties and schools chosen according to the disposals established in the Statute approved by the Decree 73/2004, of 7 May, of the Consell of the Generalitat, will continue in his functions until it proceed his renewal of compliance with the terms established in the article 76 of the present Statute.
Without prejudice to the previous, those who have the consideration of born members in the present Statute will happen to form part of the claustros from the entrance in force of the present norm.

Fourth. Of the deans or directors and the deans or directors of faculties and schools

The deans or directors and the deans or directors of faculties or schools that chose according to the disposals established in the Statute approved by the Decree 73/2004, of 7 May, of the Consell of the Generalitat, will continue in his charges until the ending of his mandates. They will compute these periods to the effects of the established in the article 83 of the present Statute.

Fifth. Of the councils of departments and university institutes of investigation

The councils of departments and university institutes of investigation chosen according to the disposals established in the Statute approved by the Decree 73/2004, of 7 May, of the Consell of the Generalitat, will continue in his functions until it proceed his renewal of compliance with the terms established in the articles 88 and 94 of the present Statute.
Without prejudice to the previous, those who have the consideration of born members in the present Statute will happen to form part of the councils from the entrance in force of the present norm.

Sixth. Of the directors and directors of departments and university institutes of investigation

The directors and directors of departments and university institutes of investigation that chose according to the disposals established in the Statute approved by the Decree 73/2004, of 7 May, of the Consell of the Generalitat, will continue in his charges until the ending of his mandates. They will compute these periods to the effects of the established in the articles 91 and 95 of the present Statute.

Seventh. Of the regulation of the Claustro University and of the electoral regulation

The Claustro University will proceed, in the three following months to the entrance in force of the present Statute, to adapt his internal regulation and the electoral regulation to the planned disposals in the same.

Octave. Of the regulations of faculties, schools, departments and university institutes of investigation

The faculties, schools, departments and university institutes will adapt his respective regulations to the disposals of the present Statute in the term of three months from the entrance in force of the same.

Ninth. Of the habilitation

Those who resulted enabled and enabled according to the corresponding regulation contained in the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, and his rule of development will understand that they possess the accreditation regulated in the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, of Universities. It will understand that the enabled or enabled for chair of university school are it for professor title of university.
Until a year after the resolution of the last proofs of habilitation summoned, the University of Alicante will be able to decide the announcement of squares for the bodies of chairs of university and of professors titled of university by means of contest of access between enabled and enabled communicating it to the General Office of the Council of Universities, all this as the had in the article 62 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, and his rule of development, that, to these effects, will consider valid.

Tenth. Of the chairs or chairs and the professors or professors titled of university school

In so much they do not integrate in the body of professors titled of university, in accordance with the first additional disposals and second established in the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, of Universities, constitutes also profesorado civil servant of the University of Alicante the pertaining educational personnel to the bodies of chairs and professors titled of university school, that conserve full educational capacity and, in his case, researcher.
As such, to the effects of his participation in the organs of government and representation, will consider profesorado with permanent links.

Eleventh. Of the professors and professors collaborators

The professors and professors collaborators hired with arrangement to the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, will access to the category of professor hired doctor, in his respective squares, as the established in the third additional disposal of the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, of Universities.
As such, to the effects of his participation in the organs of government and representation, will consider profesorado with permanent links.

Twelfth. Of the extraordinary contracting of professors and professors collaborators

With exceptional character and of form motivated, the University will be able to hire, in the planned terms in the valid legislation, professors and professors collaborators in determinate specific degrees that they have to be indicated in the announcement and that by his nature and contained can be attended by diplomadas or diplomados, engineers or technical engineers, or architects or technical architects to cover educational needs singulars that can not be attended through the modalities of specific labour contracting of the university field.
To the effects of his participation in the organs of government and representation, will consider profesorado with permanent links.

Thirteenth. Of the fields of knowledge

In the time limit of a year from the entrance in force of the present Statute, the Council of Government will delimit the fields of knowledge.
Provisionally, and in so much the Council of Government delimit them, the fields of knowledge will remain equated to the current areas of knowledge.

Fourteenth. Of the departments

In the time limit of a year from the entrance in force of the present Statute, the Council of Government will fix the minimum number of educational and researchers with necessary permanent links for the constitution of a department.
In so much the Council of Government realise these statutory developments, the departments will govern by the valid legislation.

Fifteenth. Of the extinction of official educations

They consider also official educations of the University of Alicante the corresponding educations to the plans of study to extinguish previous to the Royal decree 1393/2007, of 29 October, that drive to the obtaining of titles of official character and validity in all the national territory.
They consider also students of the University of Alicante those who are enrolled in these educations in extinction.
They will be of application to these educations, and to any person enrolled in them, the basic rule and the own norms of the University that develop it.

Sixteenth. Of the extinction of own educations

They will be of application to the extinction of the own educations the criteria established for the extinction of the official educations, with the adaptations that require in virtue of the nature of the educations.
