Statute University of AlicanteThey correspond to the university institutes of research the following skills:
a) promote, develop and evaluate their plans and programmes of research or artistic creation.
b) propose and develop own specialization and postgraduate teachings, and support activities and initiatives teachers who integrate.
c) propose and develop, where appropriate, doctoral programmes and studies of masters in the terms established by the Governing Council.
d) encourage specialization and updating scientific, technical and artistic creation.
e) provide scientific, technical and artistic advice to individuals or public or private entities in the scope of its competence.
f) cooperate with other bodies and units of the University in the performance of their tasks.
g) any other duties assigned to them by laws, this Statute and regulations of the University.
They belong to a University Research Institute:
a) the educational and investigating personnel doctor to incorporate to it.
b) the research training staff seconded to it.
c) the research staff linked to the research projects developed at the Institute.
d) students enrolled in its official teachings.
e) the Administration and services staff seconded to the Institute.
