University services
Article 34. Definition
The University will create and maintain the necessary services that contribute to the development of the teaching and research activities, as well as of those other activities that ensure both the University collaboration with society and assistance to those who are members of the University community.
Article 35. Creation procedure
The University services will be created by agreement of the Governing Council, on the proposal of the Rector or rector. The proposal shall be accompanied by a supporting memory of their need for, economic and personal media to be used, as well as, where appropriate, of the draft rules of procedure.
