Statute University of AlicanteThe personnel of administration and services is formed by civil servants and civil servants of the scales of the own University and by labour personnel hired, as well as by personal pertaining civil servant to the bodies and scales of other public administrations.
It corresponds to the personnel of administration and services of the University of Alicante the exercise of the management and administration, particularly in the areas of human resources, administrative organisation, economic subjects, computer, archives, libraries, information, general services, scientific services-technical; the support to the investigation and the transfer of technology and to any one other processes of administrative management and of support that determine necessary for the University in the fill of his aims; as well as the support, assistance and advice to the academic authorities.
The personnel of administration and services depends orgánicamente of the rector or rector and, by delegation of east, of the or the manager. Functionally, it depends on the responsible person of the unit to which was ascribed.
The organisation of the personnel of administration and services will be established by the Council of Government, to proposal of the or the manager.
They are right of the personnel of administration and services, in addition to the recognised by the laws:
a) Know the functions assigned to his place of work, as well as have of the suitable means and of the precise information for the exert of his tasks.
b) Receive the necessary training for his update and professional improvement.
c) Develop his activities in a suitable environment of security and labour health.
d) The promotion and progression in the professional career, according to constitutional principles of equality, merit and capacity by means of the implantation of objective and transparent systems of evaluation.
e) Be properly informed of the questions that affect to the university life.
f) Know the procedures and systems of evaluation of his performance established by the University.
g) The participation in the organs of government and management of the University, as the foreseen in this Statute and normative of development.
h) Associate and sindicarse freely, as well as negotiate with the University his conditions of work, in accordance with the established by the valid legislation.
i) Enjoy on holiday by years of service, as it establish the rule and the collective agreement.
j) The suitable utilisation of the installations, services and infrastructures, in accordance with the norms of use.
k) The enjoy of the provision asistenciales established by the University.
The Council of Government will approve the regulatory norms of the announcements of selection, as well as the procedures to be followed in matter of professional career, previous negotiation with the sindical organisations with representation in the Table Negotiator.
The University will establish programs of promotion of the mobility of his personnel of administration and services. To such end, will be able to formalise agreements with other universities or public administrations that guarantee the right to the mobility, under the principle of reciprocity.
They are duties of the personnel of administration and services, in addition to the established by the laws, the following:
a) Exert his tasks according to the principles of lawfulness and efficiency.
b) Assume the derivative responsibilities of the exercise of the functions assigned to his place of work.
c) Observe the disposals and instructions of management of the organs of the University.
d) Attend properly to the diverse users and coadyuvar to the quality of the public service of the upper education.
e) Realise the destined activities to his training and improvement that the University consider necessary for the exert of his functions.
f) Participate in the procedures of evaluation and control of his activity.
g) Respect and do good use of the goods of the University.
h) Fulfil with the had in the present Statute and in the other norms of the University.
