Bodies of representation and involvement of the staff of the University
Article 193. Representative bodies
The University staff representative bodies shall be: a) the Board of teaching and research for teachers official staff. b) the Board of personnel, for the personnel of administration and services staff member. c) company, the workforce Committee.
Competences, election and functioning of these bodies are governed by law officials and labour standards.
Article 194. Table negotiator
The negotiating table is the body of collective bargaining and participation in the determination of the conditions of employment of staff of the University of Alicante.
In any case, the negotiating table will have joint composition between the University and representatives of trade unions, in the terms fixed by its regulatory standards.
The composition, powers and functioning of this body are governed by its rules of procedure and by the legislation in force.
