In addition to our main goal, which we already mentioned in the presentation, we also intend to make the obtained research data available to scholars in history of literature, translation theory and international cultural relations. These data shall provide the basis for new interpretations, as well as for the correction of those already existing. The ultimate purpose of this project is the creation of a corpus made up by translations from and into Spanish, furnished with a critical and linguistic apparatus. Furthermore, we have in mind to establish the changing stylistic pattern that characterize each period in the history of translation.
