1. POLICY MANAGEMENT AREAS.

The importance of an efficient management of the Campus Vice President has taken this to an emphasis on those aspects related to normalize the different activities , implying the use of halls, classrooms, indoor and so on. being made on our campus. These include:

During the past academic year was designed the procedure leading to the updating of the sites and their occupation within the database Sigua. In this academic year have taken the first steps to establish a procedure and a similar mechanism in relation to the equipment inventory. In this way, the integration of all data within the GIS of the AU (following), together with a new management model spaces that serve as reference when decide which schools and/or units have a deficit or surplus spaces, not only allow better use of what is currently built, but also to plan and prioritize the various buildings within the area of enlargement.

3 LABORATORY GIS and Automated Cartography (LabSIG).

Regarding siguAdmin the most important tasks have been designed to develop a WMS client, management of shared user profiles, and has begun work to integrate with the LDAP service siguAdmin of the university.
