The rapporteurship of Brazil has added seven new judgements of the Federal Supreme Court. In them we find issues relating to gay marriage, freedom of expression in relation to racist and anti-Semitic statements, the hierarchy of the human rights treaties in domestic law, freedom of the press, rights of the indigenous and scientific research with stem cells.
