General requirements of Entry First Course of Degree

1. REQUIREMENTS OF ACCESS

They Will be able to access to official studies of degree those who find in any of the following situations.

Students of bachelor's degree by means of the superación of the proof of access (selectivity)
Pertinent students of educational systems of countries of the European Union or of other states with which Spain there is signed international agreements to this respect that fulfil the requirements demanded in his respective country for the access to the university.
Foreign students (no UE) previous homologation of his studies by the title of bachelor Spanish and superación of the proof of access (selectivity)
Students that find in possession of the title of upper technician of Professional Training and Artistic Educations and students in possession of the title of ténico upper sportive corresponding to the Sportive Educations
Main of 25 years through the superación of a proof of access
Main of 40 years, without titulación that of access by other roads, by means of the acreditación of labour experience
Main of 45 years, without titulación that of access by other roads and that they can not accredit labour experience related with the studies that pretend study, by means of the superación of a proof of access.
Titled university (graduated, graduates engineers, technical engineers, architects and technical architects)
Students that have studied partial university studies foreign or, having them completed, have not obtained his homologation in Spain and wish to continue studies in a Spanish university. In this supposed, will be indispensable requirement that the corresponding university have recognised them at least 30 credits.
Students that were in conditions to access to the university as ordinations of the Educational System previous Spanish to the Organic Law 2/2006

2. CRITERIA FOR THE ADJUDICATION OF THE SQUARES

The universities adjudicarán the squares in the first place to those students that have surpassed the proof of access in the ordinary announcement of the year in course or in announcements of previous years. The same criterion establish for those who have obtained the titles of Professional Training, Artistic Educations and Sportive Educations, students of previous educational systems and titled university.

Second to the students that surpass the proof of access in the extraordinary announcement of the year in course.

Any public university will be able to leave vacant squares previously offered, while they exist applications for them, formalised inside the terms.

Once established this priority, the adjudication of the squares will realise in function of the note of admisión that correspond.

Students of bachelor, students UE and foreign students with bachillerato homologados; the note of admisión obtained in the proof of access (compulsory general phase and, in his case, voluntary specific phase)
Students of previous educational systems
- The resultant half note of average the punctuation obtained, in his day, in the proofs of maturity and the average of the academic file of the bachelor upper and of the course precollege
- The half note of the academic file of the bachelor unified polyvalent or, in his case, of the bachelor upper and of the course of university orientation, for which have surpassed this last before to the course 1974-1975
- The half note of the academic file of bachelor for those who have studied plans of previous studies to the of the year 1953

Upper technicians (FP and artistic Educations) and Sportive Upper Technicians, the half note of the formative cycle more the qualifications obtained in the specific and voluntary proof when it request square in degrees corresponding to branches of knowledge with preferential links to the professional family to which belong the formative cycle.
Main of 25 years, the qualification obtained in the proof taking into account the links of the option by which the student has examined in the specific phase with the titulación to which want to access and the preference of admisión in the university or university district where have surpassed the proofs.
Main of 40 years by means of acreditación labour, the result obtained in the scale of assessment taking into account that the access will obtain for a titulación concrete of a university
Main of 45 years, the qualification obtained in the proof of access with preference of admisión in the university or university district where have surpassed the proof.

3. PROCEDURE OF ADMISIÓN IN THE PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES (PREINSCRIPCIÓN)

The Preinscripción university is the administrative procedure by means of which the public universities assign the squares again entry attending, only, to the objective criteria of admisión.

The procedures of preinscripción order by university districts (public universities of a same autonomous community).

By means of an only application, a student can request squares of admission in degrees official of degree in order of preference in any one of the pertaining universities to the same university district.

A student can present an only application by university district but can present applications of admisión in those that university districts want to.

The procedure of preinscripción order two-phase.

Phase To: opening of term around the middle of June. They offer all the squares.

Phase B: opening of term around the middle of September. They offer the squares that have remained excess after the allocation of squares of the Phase To.

The General Conference of University Politics establishes the minimum terms in which all the districts have to have the open term.

Of the total of squares offered establish a series of contingents of reservation.

Main of 25 years: no inferior to 2% of the squares of each titulación

Main of 40 and 45 years: no inferior to 1% neither upper to 3% of the group of squares offered by the university.

Disabled: 5% of the squares of each titulación. Degree of disability equal or upper to 33% or students with permanent educational needs.

Sporty of high level and high performance: minimum of 3% of squares or of 5% for degrees of sportive content.

Titled university or equivalent: no inferior to 1% neither upper to 3%.

General contingent: Rest of squares for students with proof of access (selectivity) surpassed, included foreign, and pertinent students of studies of Professional Training, Artistic or Sportive Educations.
