Valencian Housing Institute-IVVSA

Red Alquila is a service integrated by a wide network of agents collaborators coordinated by the General-Directorate of Housing whose mission is to inform and start the procedure for rental funding, to mediate between owners and tenants offering technical and legal counselling, to promote the rental house exchange database and in general, to promote the rental market in the Region.

The Valencian Goverment, through the Department of Territory and Housing, has created the Valencian Housing Institute-IVVSA(main agent collaborator of "Red Alquila") and instrumental body of the housing policy politics of this Regional Goverment with the main aim of making the access easier to a worthy, quality house in a habitable environment to the citizens of this region.

The Valencian Rental Agency (dependent organism of the IVVSA) has of an interesting offer of houses in rent by means of promotions in all the territory of the Comunitat Valenciana.
