The Mission of the University of Alicante's Student Information Office is to provide users access to the information on resources provided by the UA and the University system in general, managing and disseminating information through personal assistance, the edition of publications and the use of ICT with criteria of professionalism, social responsibility, cooperation, rigor, clarity and flexibility while contributing with an overview of the University system and the UA.
The service is divided into two areas, information and documentation, which are, in the first case, the activities and tasks related to the assistance of the public and disseminating information and in the second the documentation, treatment of the information (content management) and editing of publications.
