Registration Formalization

DESCRIPTION

Procedure whereby students admitted to the University of Alicante or that she is already attending college registration for the following academic year must take place.

The entire process of enrolment at the University of Alicante for official studies is done on-line through a programme of registration.

The registration program is accessed through the web page of the AU, with a user code and a password facilitated by the Centre that their studies are attached. The / the student enter their details of registration following the instructions of the program.

After the introduction of their data, will be a report, which will contain the relationship of the enrolled subjects and the estimate of the amount of the tuition. This report does not have any validity as accreditation, but is proof of the introduction of data held.

DEADLINES TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

In the month of June, the University of Alicante publishes call for registration in the different studies for the following academic year. This call will include the timetable for introduction of data and presentation of documentation, as well as information concerning the electronic registration computing Hall and the relationship of the documentation to bring the students in each case.

  • Students who continue studies: September.

• Postgraduate and specialization studies: You will depend on the time limits to be established specifically for each study.

FORMALITIES

Students will get sobre virtual registration (replaces the traditional envelope sent to the domicile of the student and enrolment which included instructions for the registration as well as other relevant information for students).

DOCUMENTATION

The documentation varies depending on the type of study that may be accessed, as well as other types of circumstances, such as large family, disability, matriculation of honor, etc. Usually, the documentation to present at the relevant institution is:
