First Prize of Journalism of the Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts
The Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts summon the first edition of the Prize of Journalism for the year 2011 that regirá according to the following bases:
Article 1
The aim of the Prize of Journalism of the Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts is to recognise the best articles or reportajes that they have contributed to give to know the tourist excellences of Benidorm, so much in what does reference to tourist appearances like urbanísticos, of image, of sustainability, etc.
Article 2
1.- The works that present have had to be published between the 1 of January of 2010 and the 30 of September of 2011;
2.- They can be drafted in an of the official tongues of the Spanish State, as well as in English, French or German. The documents presented in another different tongue to the Spanish or Valencian, will have to obligatoriamente be accompanied of a wide summary in any of the official tongues of the Valencian Community.
3.- The authors of the works that present have to be individual people and no collective, independently of which was his nationality.
Article 3
1.- The announcement of candidatures for the First Prize of Journalism of the Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts will consider opened the 15 of November of 2010 and will close the 15 of October of 2011.
2.- Only it will admit a work by author and there will be any cost of participation.
3.-The candidatures that present do not have to have received another prize with anterioridad to the deadline of presentation of the works, circumstance that will have to do feature by means of statement sworn.
Article 4
1.- It will send a copy of the article or reportaje published in any one of the following formats: cut of press, photocopy or PDF. The name of the author, the date of publication and the name of the newspaper or magazine in which appeared the work will have to be clearly indicated in the documents presented.
2.- The works will have to present by electronic post or post certified and the one who was rewarded will expose and will give diffusion where the Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts estimate timely and any document presented to the contest will be restituido.
Article 5
The terms for the edition 2011 of the First Prize of Journalism of the Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts are the following:
Announcement of the announcement: 15 of November of 2010
Reception of the works: from the 15 of November of 2010 until the 15 of October of 2011
Selection of the winner and delivery of the prize: taken part of December of 2011
Article 6
1.- The winner of the Prize of Journalism of the Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts will be selected by an only Jury.
2.- The Jury will be formed between three and five professionals of the journalism, preferably representatives of associations of journalists. The secretaría will run to charge of the Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts.
Article 7
The Prize of Journalism of the Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts consist in:
Three nights in diet of half pension for two people in the Hotel: Villa Venecia Hotel Boutique of Benidorm.
The validity of the prize will be of six months from the date in which communicate to the winner.
Article 8
The participation in the Prize of Journalism of the Chair of Tourist Studies Pedro Zaragoza Orts involve the acceptance of the bases of this prize, of the interpretation that of them do the jury as well as the decision that take on any no foreseen extreme in the bases. The decision of the jury is unappealable.
