The Strategic Plan of Management is born of the will of the Rector and his team, expressed already in his electoral program, to initiate by the field of the gerencia the process of elaboración formal of strategic plans in the University of Alicante.
It has to understand that when speaking of the gerencia do it in a wide sense that covers all the entramado administrative and of services of the University.
This Strategic Plan is conceived for the period 2006-2009 and poses the aims to achieve in each one of the areas of management that have considered strategic, the criteria to measure the degree of achievement of the same and the necessary actions to achieve put them proposals.
