Strategic Training Plan is one of the first initiatives to develop a key area for the fulfillment of the mission that has the University of Alicante, as it has been defined in the Strategic Plan.
This sector Plan is designed for the period 2007-2012 and specifies axes, objectives and actions necessary to articulate a training quality offer addressed to the whole of society in a manner consistent with the overall framework of the Strategic Plan and, uniquely, to all members of the University community: students, PDI and PAS.
In short, it offers training contextualized in the European area of higher education, which responds in viable way to social demand, that attends a comprehensive and flexible way to participants throughout the life and facilitates their employability and mobility. To do so, provides an organizational and management structure efficient which leads, promotes and coordinates actions, implemented a system of quality assurance which ensures the evaluation and follow-up of the training programmes and facilitates their accreditation.
