The Internal Consultant in corporate communication plays an important role in the success of internal and external communication at the University of Alicante.
The Internal Consultant aims to improve the strategic communication of the organization from within the institution. Likewise, it works to make a coherent identity of the institution, defining the strong and weak points and helps to shape the public image of the leaders, staff and relationship with the customers, the university community in this case.
Therefore, the Consultancy objectives are to advise the leaders, training them in communicative skills and to use the communication as a cohesion tool.
