The Permanent University will make a call for grants for an amount corresponding to the tuition fees, not the administration fees. All registered students who fulfil the requirements of the call and wish to apply for it will be eligible for these grants.
The call for grants will be made public on the same dates fixed for the enrolment. During that period, student interested should ask for the corresponding form, which will be at their disposal at the Students’ Secretary’s Office, and deliver it within the deadline established for this purpose in the call for grants.
The application for a grant does not imply the fee payment exemption. The enrolment must be paid in any case within the deadline indicated in the receipt
In order to be eligible for a grant, students must have enrolled in at least 4 subjects (excluding the ones with discounts because of collaboration agreements with the town councils and the one with discount for the whole course) within the deadline for delivering the scholarship documentation.
The decision about the grants will be made by the Grant Board of the Vicerectorate for Extracurricular Activities following the grant regulations currently in force at the University of Alicante.
The concession of grants will be notified to applicants, according to the requirements established in the call, as soon as the decision is made (at the end of the academic year, evaluation of the passed subjects with the grade APTO and at the closure of the final grade reports). At that moment, students who have obtained the grant will be refunded for the amount corresponding to the grant.
