The programme was published in the University of Alicante Official Journal (BOUA) on July 1st and includes six different lines of action: recruitment and training of research and technical staff; scientific research; internationalisation; scientific and technological infrastructures; research dissemination; and public-private collaboration actions in the field of transfer.
Vice President for Research and Knowledge Transfer Rafael Muñoz Guillena highlighted that the University of Alicante's programme for the promotion of R&D+i is provided with a number of action lines grouped into six main areas and nearly two million euros allocated. This is a firm commitment that will allow our researchers to develop different lines of research in all areas of knowledge. The funding have been increased this year and it also includes a novelty of projects subject to consolidation and contracts with companies that will allow researchers to expand the number of projects developed.
In total, the University of Alicante R&D+i will develop 16 different lines grouped in the six main axes.
