Juan José Escobar, Spanish Ambassador on Special Mission for Mediterranean Affairs, gives a lecture at the University of Alicante

"The political-economic relations between Spain and the countries of North Africa after the processes of change in the Mediterranean" is the title of the conference that Juan Jose Escobar Stemmann, Spanish Ambassador on Special Mission for Mediterranean Affairs will give tomorrow, Tuesday 21st February. The talk will be held at the Auditorium of the Germán Bernácer Building at 5 pm and is part of lecture series on "Sustainable Development" organized by the UA Faculty of Economics and Business and Casa Mediterráneo.
The series is aimed, firstly, at analyzing the different economic realities of the bordering countries upon the processes of sociopolitical change and, secondly, at explaining different points of view the economic and social benefits offering a model of sustainable development, based on economic and business cooperation between countries from both shores of the Mediterranean.
The lectures at the University of Alicante Eliseo Fernández Daza, Remedios Ramón Dangla and Raúl Ruiz Callado, direct the lecture series along with Carlos Rebato Barredo, from Casa Mediterráneo
