Vicente del Bosque will inaugurate the Second Conference for Football Coaches which will be held at the University of Alicante

On 17th and 18th June, with the participation of the national team manager, coaches and trainers of top teams
The National Team Manager, Vicente del Bosque, will inaugurate the Second Conference on Training and Upgrading Football Coaches that will take place at the University of Alicante’s Campus of San Vicente on the 17th and 18th of June. The opening ceremony, which will also be attended by the Vice President for Extracurricular Activities, Josefina Bueno, and by several technicians and referees, will be held on Friday, 17th June at 4 pm, at the Optics Building’s Assembly Hall Alfredo Orts.
The conference has been organized by the Coaches Committee of the Region of Valencia Football Federation (FFCV) in collaboration with the University of Alicante. The conference is aimed at offering two full days to report the latest news from the point of view of methodology, planning, organization, technical and tactical training. To do so, renowned professionals from various fields such as teachers of the Football Coaching School, trainers, university lecturers and active coaches such as the national indoor soccer team manager, José Venancio Lopez Hierro, UD Levante coach, Luis García Plaza, the coach of Atletico Madrid, Miguel Peiró Montañana, the goalkeeers’ coach for the Spanish and Valencia CF teams, José Manuel Ochoa, the coach José Luis Oltra Castañar, the psychologist, international referee and teacher, Juan Antonio Fernandez Marin as well as the university lecturers Ramón Terol Gómez, Rafael Aranda Malavés and José María Escudero..
A ten Euro discount will be offered to those applications submitted before 7th June. The Federation has planned a reduced fee for university students and accredited participants.
