Three teams of the University of Alicante win the Bugacam Awards

Eleven students from the University of Alicante comprise the three teams that have won the Bugacam awards on business simulation game. This year, 300 university students have attended from all over Spain.
The first ranked team, formed by Desiderio Jesus Martinez, Julia Galiana and Pablo Jiménez, receive a cash prize of 3,000 euros, a trip to New York a week and scholarships that cover 50% of a master's degree in Fundesem.
Second, is the team of Javier Garcia Arenas, Arribas Borja Méndez, Pablo Clemente Garcia and Matthew Solomon, who each will receive 2,000 euros, a trip to London and a scholarship for 33% of the amount of Fundesem master. The third team have participated Artem Zayats, Pedro Cerdan, Nadia Almarcha and Paul Guillen, whose prize is $ 1,000, a trip to Ibiza and 25% scholarships to pursue a Masters in Fundesem.
The winners will collect the awards on Monday 13 June at 19:00 at the closing ceremony of Bugacam, to be held in the premises of the business school.
The thirteenth edition of Bugacam has been organized by the Generalitat Valenciana through Impiva, technical direction corresponds to Fundesem and is sponsored by CAM. European Collaborating Centres for Innovative Enterprises (BIC) from Valencia and participate in promoting the Portal of the European Union and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.
The Bugacam plays virtually the situation of companies operating in the world market with realism. Participants take strategic decisions and business operations, marketing, human resources, finance, production and logistics. The game has a didactic purpose. Complete practical training in business management and exercise skills such as teamwork, creativity, time management, strategic vision and leadership.
