Once we receive completed award records (PMA13-A2), the person responsible for the management of warehouses of the infrastructures and services, send a part of work following the procedure of parts to external services, so that the maintenance company prepare the goods that will be donated in their corresponding location. When the teams are ready, the person responsible for the management of the infrastructures and Services stores shall communicate this to the Vice-rectorship of infrastructures, spaces and environment.
Note 1: If an institution not applicable to the withdrawal of the good within the period of one month since the University informs you the award, this will return to be available to be awarded to another institution.
Note 2: The transfer of the equipment will be borne by the institution which requested them.
