Structure by credits

The Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources organises in asignaturas semiannual of 6 and 9 European credits ECTS each one. In concrete, the students will have to cursar in each semester 30 credits reaching, in this way, the 60 credits by academic course and a total of 240 credits in four academic courses.

To facilitate the possibility to make compatible the studies with other activities establishes the possibility that the alumnado can be student part time, cursando 30 ECTS by academic course.

General explanation of the Plan of studies

The Plan of Studies of the Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources is conformed by 240 credits, of which 204 are integrated in modules of basic and compulsory training.

The plan of studies comprises the following matters: Right of the Work, Right of the Social Security, Labour Procedure, Sindical Right, Organisation of the Work, Direction of Human Resources, Sociology, Statistical, Psychology, History, Economy, Accounting, Political Science, public Politics of employment, Labour Health, Prevention of Labour Risks, Constitutional Right, Administrative Right, Civil Right, Mercantile Right, Right Tributario, external Practices and Work end of Degree. These matters desagregan in the asignaturas of basic training, compulsory and optativas.

All the matters of basic training find in first course. The asignaturas that offer in the basic and compulsory modules are cuatrimestrales, of six credits the majority, to exception of two asignaturas of 9 credits each one of them that offer in the first cuatrimestre of fourth course.

The matters optativas have a total of 30 credits that concretise in asignaturas of six credits, and offer with character cuatrimestral. The matters optativas offer to the students in 2 distinct itineraries: one, relative to the Consultancy of Companies, and another concerning the Gestión of Human Resources.

To the margin of these itineraries, the external practices incorporate also like matter optativa of 6 credits, being able to choose the student between llevar these practices or cursar the asignatura of Introduction to the Accounting, or the asignatura Statistical Applied to the Labour Relations, or an asignatura optativa of the another itinerary no cursado by the student. These practices (or, in his case, any one of the two asignaturas above-mentioned) will realise during the first cuatrimestre of fourth course (or first cuatrimestre of eighth course for the students part time), through the agreements of collaboration subscribed with the distinct public Entities or private.

The work end of degree has assigned 6 credits, and will llevar during the final phase of the plan of studies, in the second cuatrimestre of fourth course. Previously to the evaluation of the work end of degree, the student has to accredit the competitions in a foreign language. Between other forms of accreditation, in the UA considers necessary surpass like minimum the level B1 of the Frame of European Reference for the modern tongues, that will be able to be elevated en el futuro.

Relation of asignaturas optativas and itineraries

The matters optativas have a total of 30 credits that concretise in asignaturas of six credits, and offer with character cuatrimestral. The matters optativas offer to the students in 2 distinct itineraries: one, relative to the Consultancy of Companies, and another concerning the Gestión of Human Resources.

In this way, the student will be able to choose between cursar one or another itinerary. The two itineraries that pose are composed by asignaturas that of coherent form present an orientation that allows to the student complete his training. The quotation of the itinerary cursado in the supplement to the title obtains when they surpass the four asignaturas that compose it.
