Ángel Fidalgo Blanco holds a doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and he is a Professor in the ETSI of Mines and Energy of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
He runs the Laboratory of Innovation in Technologies of the Geological and Mining Engineering Department of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He is also the President of the organizing committee of the International Congress about Learning, Innovation and Competitiveness (CINAIC).
He possesses the award for "the best subject OCW" by the Ministry of Education (2007) and the award for the Educational Innovation of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (2015). He is the editor of the blog about "Educational Innovation" and he created the learning community known as "conectivismo.net".
He has worked in I+D+i about educational innovation for 25 years, generating products and innovative applications based on the adaptive learning, the management of the knowledge, the cooperative working and the new educational models. As he is committed with divulgation, he usually participates in courses, seminars, conferences and magazines about educational innovation.
Amparo Pérez Carbonell holds a doctorate in Programmes Assessment Methodology from the University of Valencia awarded with an Honourable Mention by the National Awards of the Educational Research (1998).
She is a Tenured Professor in Evaluative Research Methodologies in the University of Valencia, as well as responsible of the Equality Commission of the Faculty of Philosophy and Educational Sciences. She is the Equality Policies Commission’s representative and currently she is the director of the University Extension Service.
She has worked in different fields of assessment, considering it essential in the educational research as well as in the innovation processes. Among her publications in different magazines are: “Assessment of the University activity”, “Some notes about the tendency in programme assessment in our country”, “Programmes Assessment validity” and “Standards review in Programmes Assessment”. Lately she has run several projects focused on the assessment of the classroom climate in different educational levels. Currently, she is participating in some other projects such as the assessment of the competences through using ICT or the gender perspective’s study of the University employees in balancing work, personal and family life.
She claims that her favourite subject as a University Professor is daily teaching and its associated learning process.
Eduardo Vendrell is a Tenured Professor of the Polytechnic University of Valencia in the Department of Systems Engineering and Automation. He holds a doctorate in Computer Science from the same University (2001).
He has been Vice-Dean of Academic Planning and Head of Studies in the Computer Sciences Faculty from 2001 to 2009. Currently he is the Dean of the School of Informatics (ETSINF) and the President of the Committee of Faculty Deans and Director of the Computer Engineering in Spain (CODDII).
He is also a member of the Committee on Education in Engineering of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (FMOI), as well as a member of the Executive Board of the European Quality Assurance Network for Informatics Education (EQANIE). Expert Adviser in the National Agency of Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation in Spain (ANECA).
From January of 2015 he is the President of EQANIE from 2015 to 2017.

He holds a doctorate in Biological Sciences from the University of Barcelona and he is a Tenured Professor in the Ecology Department member of the University Institute of Research INEM Ramón Margalef.
Since he joined the University of Alicante in 1993, he has developed his teaching activity within the field of Ecology, and related to the management, conservation and restoration of the Natural Environments, lecturing in different levels such as Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate and Doctorate courses.
He has been Vice-Dean of Biology of the Sciences Faculty since the end of 2008 to 2012, Dean from 2012 to 2014 and Coordinator of the Scientific Station Font Roja Natura UA (ECFRN UA) since its beginning in 2005.
He has run the “Expert course in protection of the Natural Environments in at the local level of the University of Alicante 82006-2009). He has been Director and Coordinator of the Doctorate Programme organized by the University of Alicante and the University of Pinar del Río (Cuba): “Sustainable Development of the tropical forest: forest and touristic management” (2007-2010).
María Elia Gutiérrez Mozo is an architect graduated from the University of Navarra (1992), doctorate in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (1999) and she holds a master degree in Wealth Management from the University of Alicante (2010).
She is a Tenured Professor in the University of Alicante, doctorate in the field of Architectonic Composition of the Graphic Expression and Cartography of the Polytechnic University College of the University of Alicante. Currently she is the Director of the Campus Development Secretariat of the Vicerectorate of Campus and Sustainability.
She has been Deputy Director of the Graphic Expression and Cartography Department (from March 2011 to February 2012), Coordinator of the field of Architectonic Composition (from March 2011 to June 2013) and Director of the Official University Master for Sustainable Architecture and Urban Development (2012-2013 school year). She has been Coordinator of the Latin American Biennial for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Ministry of Development of Montevideo (2006), Lisbon (2008) and Medellin (2010).
She is a member of the Research Network of University Training in the field of Architectonic Composition from the school year 2009-2010 and coordinates the “Accessible Campus, Egalitarian Campus” network from 2013-2014 in order to implement, transversely, the values of: design-for-all, universal accessibility and inclusion in our curriculum and in our spaces.
María Almodóvar Iñesta holds a doctorate in Law with distinction from the University of Alicante (2001).
She is a Tenured Professor of Administrative Law in the University of Alicante. Currently she is Vice-Dean of Quality, Educational Innovation and Equality Policies of the Faculty of Law, and she is responsible for the Public Administration and Management degree.
She has developed her teaching activity within the field of Administrative Law, particularly in relation to Environmental Law, lecturing in different levels such as Degree, Postgraduate and Doctorate courses.
She has worked in Research Network in the field of University Teaching, and lately she has run several projects focused on improving procedures of the Quality Assurance System of the Faculty of Law.
