How to get to La Alcudia?
The La Alcudia archaeological site is in the municipality of Elche, in Alicante province, at km 1.5 of the CV-855 road linking Elche to Dolores.
To get there from Madrid and central Spain, take the N-III road and, later on, the N-430 road; afterwards, take the N-330 road to enter the province of Alicante.
From anywhere in the Mediterranean area, the main communication route is the A-7 / E-15 Mediterranean Highway, both from the North (Catalonia, Valencia) and from the South (Murcia, Andalusia). Once on the A-7 / E-15 Mediterranean Motorway, continue towards Elche and, after taking exit 30, take the EL-20 road to surround the city until you reach the Elche-Dolores road (CV-855). The La Alcudia University Foundation for Archaeological Research is located on this same road, at kilometre point 2, towards Dolores.
