Curriculum of Master delight is divided into 60 ETCS and constitutes the first step towards the realization of the doctoral program in Local development and Territorial innovation at the University of Alicante. Master delight is also oriented to the formation of technical management of local development professionals and the offer of a postgraduate training for professionals who are already carrying out their activity in this field.
The structure of the Master delight consists of eight mandatory training modules, which introduce to the students on the concepts and practice of local development, strategic planning and management of territory, economic activities and territorial implications, and the role of local markets and employment promotion. The curriculum is complemented by the realization of the work end of Master (TFM) where students, individually and tutored by one of the teachers of the Master, will carry out a research work on any of the subjects studied.
Master delight offers an interdisciplinary and interdepartmental, training with the participation of professors from eight departments and areas of expertise of the University of Alicante, as well as the inclusion of external teachers taking into account its high specialization and teaching capacity in the different fields of study. Complementary training, Master plans to different outputs field throughout the academic year so that students can experience first hand experiences, professionals and case studies in different areas of specialization proposed, emphasizing the special relevance of local development practitioners increasingly acquire the whole of society and the territory.
