Career Opportunities
Focus
Research and professional.
Specialization and professional profile
It entitles access to the Public Health Doctoral Program.
This program is not a requirement for practicing a profession; however, it does prepare for a wide range of career opportunities related mainly to the health sciences (medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, nutrition, food science and technology, podiatry, labor relations, occupational therapy, statistics, psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics, engineering, law, educational sciences, teaching, and journalism). Moreover, the program enables and facilitates the integration of professionals into groups interested in researching the health sciences, an activity that requires thorough training in epidemiology and public health.
