Students who wish to be admitted to undergraduate degrees at the University of Alicante, having started the degree at another university or different degree at this or another university must meet the following requirements:
30 credits must be recognised in the undergraduate degree at the UA to which the student requests admission. They are normally basic training subjects that the student has passed in the studies of origin and which are also taught in the degree in which the student intends to access. This recognition shall have more possibilities if the Degree is from the same field of knowledge.
The Centres (Faculties/Polytechnic School) may establish an admission limit for students accessing University with this path. If all the offered places are not covered with the students who reach the admission mark, an academic assessment scale may be established.
The application deadline is normally established from the 15 March to 15 May (it is convenient to confirm this information with the faculty’s secretary office).
Those who do not meet these requirements may apply for a place with the ordinary pre-registration procedure. If you are admitted in the pre-registration phase, students may request subject recognition for subjects passed in another Degree.

What mobility programme allows me to take part of my course at another Spanish university?
The SICUE mobility programme between Spanish universities allow students to take subjects from their degree in another Spanish university during an academic year or a semester and they will previously be recognised by the UA.
In order to study at another university, it is necessary for the Centre responsible for the Degree to have an exchange agreement within this programme.
The DRAC programme from the de la Xarxa Vives de Universitats (Universities within the Catalan) takes mobility into account famong the universities belonging to the xarxa (Valencian, Balearic Islands, Catalan, French)
This mobility programme includes grants to carry out summer courses or academic activities (courses, conferences, workshops, etc.) that the universities belonging to the Xarxa organise. Free-electiv credits can be obtained by means of the aforementioned.
