What is the UA Library System and what services does it offer?
The UA Library System (BUA) is a university central service to assist the teaching-learning process, research and culture.
The library premises consists of a main library right in the middle of the Campus where we can find thecentral services and the office of the library managing staff along with the reference libraries of Arts, Health Sciences and technology-related sciences.
The UA libraries opening hours are extensive and even more extended during exam periods.
The UA libraries have two study rooms available: A non-stop study room at the on-campus main library and another study room (non-stop during the exam periods) in the Alicante city venue San Fernando 40.
The UA Library offers training courses for users to learn about and make good use of our bibliographic resources.
The Virtual Library Miguel de Cervantesalso offers documentation, bibliographic resources and the option to print mainly literary works in the Spanish language that do not generate copyright (unless transferred).
