New students at the University of Alicante and students who have changed bank accounts must fill in and submit the DIRECT DEBT AUTHORISATIONFORM to the secretary's office of their faculty/school within the registration period. Said authorisation form must be signed by the account holder.
Students can access the direct debit authorisation model via UACloud: VC > Additional Services > E-Office > Personal details > Direct debit authorisation.
How must direct debit authorisations be filled in?
Students can download the direct debit authorisation form on UACloud VC, as follows: Registration > Registration process > Direct debit authorisation > Add new. Fill in the form and press Generate.
A PDF file will be generated and must be signed by the account holder.
When must direct debit authorisations be submitted?
For students who register in July (new students), it is compulsory to fill in, sign (account holder signature) and submit the direct debit authorisation before the end of July.
For students who register in September (new students or students who have changed accounts), it is compulsory to fill in, sign (account holder signature) and submit the direct debit authorisation before the beginning of October.
Where must direct debit authorisations be submitted?
They must be submitted at the administration office or the reception office of their faculty or school, either in person or via certified mail.
Along with this authorisation, students can submit and/or mail other documentation to apply for a discount on tuition fees (large family certificates, distinction with honours in Upper Secondary Education, functional diversity...).
When are fees paid by direct debit payment charged?
Students registering in July: Mid-September
Students registering in September: Mid-October
If it is not possible to collect the corresponding tuition fee in any of the instalments (due to lack of a signed direct debit authorisation, wrong bank account number, insufficient funds, etc.), registration will be cancelled.
It is NOT necessary to submit register payment proof within the administration office.
What happens when direct debit authorisations are not submitted within the deadline?
The University of Alicante will notify students whenever the documents required for registration are incomplete. Should the students fail to provide the necessary documents after this notification, the registration will be cancelled.
Can tuition fees be paid in a single payment?
