Students who have problems adjustig to university life, or need psychological or psycho-educational guidance, as well as those experiencing sex-related issues or presenting special needs due to functional diversity can contact the Student Support Centre.
Does the UA offer psychological and educational support?
The Student Support Centre(SSC) also has a team of psychologists and social workers who deal with requests from UA students for free and individually.
The psychological and educational advice programme essentially focuses on: Study problems, doubts about degree choice, vocational guidance, impaired concentration and memory, adjustment difficulties, conflicts with teaching staff, fear of exams, etc. Besides, the staff advise you on how to take the most appropriate decisions for your personal problems.
