LINES OF RESEARCH
The central themes of his investigation are euthanasia and the right to die; the prison law and the constitutional protection of the rights of prisoners; the legal protection of privacy; crimes against life; criminal responsibility in the health sector. Next to these matters has dealt with many issues legal penalties as the protection of the historical heritage, the criminal liability (negligent) for the product; criminal liability against gender-based violence; the offence of doping; etc.
