Modification and cancellation of registration

Registration modification

The modification of registration is the administrative process that, at the request of the student, may produce the following effects.

  • Change of subjects
  • Cancellation or extension of the registration of one or more subjects.

You can modify it at any time during the entire period of enrollment.

Changes in enrollment after the deadlines laid down, except in exceptional cases will not be accepted (granting of internship, resolution of requests for validation or recognition of credits...) and provided that do not affect the extraordinary call (C1). For this reason, we recommend that you take special care at the time of your registration and sure that you are registered for each and every one of the subjects you wish to study.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation of the registration affects each and every one of the subjects and credits the student containing registered, with the consequent nullification of the academic effects that otherwise would have occurred.

The total cancellation of registration may occur:

  • At the request of the student, always meets deadlines and other conditions contained in the present standard.
  • Ex officio, for nonpayment of tuition at any of your receipts, within the deadlines laid down.

To proceed to the cancellation of your registration you will need to fill in the application for annulment.

  • If you're a student of first prescription you will have right to the total cancellation of registration entitled to refund of fees if before December 15, you are admitted to this or another University to begin studies. Until that date shall be the next student intake in waiting list.
  • In exceptional cases, provided that it is justified, can order cancellation of registration, before the extraordinary calls (ancient call of December C1) final examinations begin or February (C2) (according to the dates established by the Center) and, for the rest of calls before April 30.
  • In situations of death, illness or serious accident that prevents the normal pursuit of the course, you will have right to the refund of the fees in proportion to the service that is not you to provide.

Cancellation for non-payment shall be ex officio by the University Administration.

Consequences of cancellation of registration
  • If the annulment is granted not is it computed the year of permanence.
  • Students enrolled in first for the first time to those who granted the annulment total because of accident or serious illness, will maintain the right to access without having to perform the prescription for the academic year immediately following, not computing this square within the limits of admission.
  • When by reason of failure to pay an enrollment this has overturned, will be required, as a requirement for the admission of new enrollment, prior payment of the total of the latter, as laid down in the Decree on public prices of the Valencian Government.
