The Sindical Section FETE-UGT engage to follow struggling by the labour personnel

Organised by the Sindical Section FETE-UGT of the University of Alicante, yesterday took place the Workshop “THE ACREDITACIÓN IN THE PATH OF THE PROFESORADO UNIVERSITY” directed to the PDI Labour.

It has realised with the aim to provide strategies that allow to optimise the performances of scholars and PDI labour of the UA as well as facilitate his acreditación. In this, his second edition, has had the presence of Enric Roig Arranz, Director of the AVAP, and more than 30 inscribed.

UGT Has struggled for dignifying these labour figures claiming different appearances that affect directly to the PDI labour inside the UA and in the autonomic and national administration. All this because we considered that so many scholars like PDI labour are a basic pillar of the investigation and the docencia in the UA.

FETE-UGT comes demanding the modification of the RD 174/02 and the elaboración of a new collective agreement, with invalid results because of the rejection so much of the Consellería and of the Team Rectoral of the UA. This situation come it solving with punctual proposals to the Mr. Rector of the UA. Thus they are very important the small steps that are giving to level of company and to autonomic level of form coordinated between the sindical sections of UGT of the distinct Valencian universities. Like example, cost the campaign of recognition of trienios and the signature of the agreements for the evaluation of the sexenios, that was an attainment of FETE-UGT in the UA and in the UPV that this extending to other Valencian universities.

It remains a lot by in front, things that do not cost money like the compensación of credits by sexenios and, by that no, the payment of the same and of the quinquenios. Subjects that the UA engaged to “study” but that perhaps until the elections to Rector do not arrive him the last announcement of examination.
