When the supplying company and/or of withdrawal or some employee of the UA fulfil some of the following supposed:
- Elevated weigh/volume/number of the load or commodity of transport
- Dangerousness of the product in his transport.
- Excessive distance from the zone of load and download to the place of supply and/or withdrawal of material.
It will be able to request the access of the vehicle to the zone peatonal. For this will have to follow the following steps:
