Procedure of management of stray objects in the University of Alicante

PREAMBLE:

Because of the big number of articles of some value that lose or forget, so much in the installations and in cafés or gardens, set up a procedure ensuring, in the measure of the possible that the owner can recover them.

LOCATION/FIND:

When some user find an object will have to deliver it in the conserjería nearer, where the personnel of conserjería will fill up a form detailing to the maximum said article, will be signed so much by the user and by the personnel of conserjería.

Once fill# up the form, the personnel of conserjería will deliver a copy to the user, remaining the another in possession of the personnel of conserjería and a third copy will attach to the object in question.

This object will be deposited in a cupboard enabled only for this end in said Conserjería. It Will exist also a book of register of delivery enumerated.

In the case that the object was delivered directly in the office of Security, will follow the same procedure.

 

COLLECTED:

Weekly, the service of security will realise the collected of the stray objects of the conserjerías of each building, filling up and signing both parts the relation of said articles.

DELIVERY:

The delivery of the stray objects to the users, will realise :

To) In the own Conserjería if the managers of security still have not collected it.

b) In the Office of Security, situated in the basses of the Aulario I, front to the And.Or. Of Infirmary, in schedule of:

9 to 14 hours and of 15 to 19 hours. Of Monday to Thursdays

9 to 14 h. The Fridays

The owner will have to sign the form of the withdrawal of the object, showing for this the documentation that confirm his identity, in his case.

 

CUSTODIA And TANK:

The stray objects will remain classified in the office enabled for such end, establishing, save the following exceptions, a term of withdrawal of 9 months, From this date opens a period of 3 months so that the person that found it can demand it. Past 12 months from his register, if they have not been demanded, will proceed to his donation through the Commission of Donation or his withdrawal like residue.

Any textile piece or footwear used, that usually withdraw of the sportive installations, will save only during 10 days by reasons of hygiene, will proceed to his donation through the Commission of Donation or his withdrawal like residue.

The rest of textile pieces collected in other buildings will conserve during 3 months at most, also by reasons of hygiene if they have not been demanded, will proceed to his donation through the Commission of Donation or his withdrawal like residue.

RIGHT To CLAIM:

Transcurrido The term of 9 months and during the 3 following months, the person that have found an object and conserve the protect of delivery, will be able to check in the office of security if it has been delivered to his owner, in negative case said object will be able to be withdrawn, since the object happens to belong to the person that found it.
