The Lilly Foundation, in development of its statutory objectives and within the programme of research support, convenes the Lilly foundation awards for preclinical and clinical biomedical research 2014, for researchers who have significantly contributed to the development of Biomedicine and health sciences in Spain, and maintaining a research activity of recognized scientific level.
This activity is supervised by the Scientific Council Adviser of the Lilly Foundation, which organises the selection process of candidates, acting as jury along together with other prestigious scientists. information
The aim of InvestigArte is to bring scientific research and its importance to society by using visual media (Photography, illustrations, videos, etc.), accessible and visually attractive and which allow to easily disseminate current scientific discoveries with small texts, which would otherwise not be accessible to the majority of society.
The University of Alicante has recently took part in a European Union study on the University-business cooperation. The results of the study are 14 reports reflecting the state of the University-Business cooperation in 14 EU countries. These reports have been presented by Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre, apprimo and UIIN, with the support of the European Commission (DGEAC).
